BEFORE YOU REACH OUT
Good questions.
Clear answers.
A little information so you know what to expect.
How do I request an estimate?
Complete the request or send a WhatsApp message with your town and a description of the work. Some projects require a site visit before an estimate can be provided.
Is there a charge for an assessment visit?
Any assessment fee must be confirmed directly with the professional before the visit is scheduled. This website does not publish rates or offer free assessments.
Can I share photos of the issue?
Yes. You can share photos on WhatsApp to help explain what you need. Do not open electrical panels or handle electrical equipment to take a photo.
Does submitting a request confirm an appointment?
No. A request starts the conversation. Service coverage, scope, any assessment fee, and a date are confirmed with you directly.
Do you handle urgent situations?
Availability must be confirmed directly. This form is not an emergency service and does not guarantee an immediate response. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.

EXPLORE & PLAN
Find the right next step.
Before adding a major electrical appliance
A new appliance or charger can change a property’s electrical needs. Prepare the equipment information and intended location before assuming the nearest outlet or an unused panel space will be sufficient.

A useful first message reduces uncertainty. You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself; you need to describe the property, the request and the access arrangements clearly.

A clear record of recurring concerns helps turn scattered complaints into a practical assessment. This guide is for owners and managers preparing a maintenance conversation, not for performing electrical work themselves.
